Vanguard Theater Company is on the second floor at 180 Bloomfield Avenue. Walking up stairs is required. The theater may be reached by NJ Transit and the train stop is Bay Street Station. The theater is 1 1/2 block from the station. The 33 DeCamp bus stops in front of the theater, as do various NJ Transit buses from different towns in Essex County.
Please note that we share our building with two dance studios, which happen to be right above our theater. We try our best to work their class schedules in to the ambiance of our shows - to varying degrees of success...
